Hey everyone , as y'all know , esuk is the annual Cross Country for MS , so to all Silverines ( except yg bukan MS) , do us proud! tapi inda pulg mesti sprint all the way mcm si aslin ;p kepisan krg , as long as you can jog or just run the whole way , andal udah :D jgn sja pengsan ;p haha bh atu sja , good luck to all!
